Biography

Qing Wang is a proprietary trader with Credit Suisse Securities working on quantitative macro strategies.

She earned her Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Electrical Engineering, both from Princeton University. Her Ph.D. research was in the area of universal estimation of information measures with applications from large deviations theory to bio-informatics. She was summer intern at Interdigial Communications Corporations in 2006, where she applied her Ph.D. research work to problems in secure wireless communications. She received her B.Sc. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2002.
