Biography

After a brief stint in EE at the University of Washington (Seattle), he has been on the faculty at the University of Rhode Island, and is currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering.

His research is generally in the signal processing field, with an emphasis on digital communications. Recent work (as of 2007) has focused on problems in electronic navigation.
