Getting help with computing

If your problem or question involves printers, please send your request to eeprint@princeton.edu.

If it involves the EE web pages, send your request to eeweb@princeton.edu.

For all other requests pertaining to computing in the EE department, send your request to eenet@princeton.edu.

• Examples of matters that should be sent to "eenet" include:
  • Connecting new computers or printers to the network
  • Support for computer issues/problems

If you aren't sure which address to use, you can use eehelp@princeton.edu. This might cause a small delay while we reroute your request, but we will do our best to get it to the right people as soon as possible.
