Directions to the Engineering Quadrangle (E-Quad), Princeton University

From the North

Follow Princeton University directions to Route 1 South in Princeton

Then…

1. Take the Washington Road exit (as a landmark, there is a Gulf gas station on the right).

2. Continue on Washington Rd. (which is lined with large trees on both sides - you will also cross over Carnegie Lake).

3. Proceed straight ahead through two stoplights (Faculty Road and Ivy Lane).

4. Take a right at the third light, Prospect Street, and proceed to the next street on the left, Olden Street.

5. Take a left onto Olden St. The Engineering Quadrangle is the second building on your right.

6. Immediately past the E-Quad on the right-hand side is the driveway leading to Restricted Parking Area 2. Please do not forget to leave the parking document you obtained earlier on the dashboard of your vehicle. You may enter the E-Quad by the back or side entrance.
   
   
   • From the back entrance, follow the directions to the second floor. Take a right into the hallway and continue on to B210, the Departmental office, for further directions if needed.

   • From the side entrance, go up one flight, take a right into the hallway and continue on to B210, the departmental office, for further directions if needed.

7. If Parking Area 2 is full, you will need to proceed to the Parking Garage (3).

8. From Parking Area 2, take a left onto Olden Street, go to the intersection with Prospect Street and take a left. The entrance to the parking garage is just past the first building (Bowen Hall - with a large wrought-iron entrance in front) on the left.

9. If you enter from the front of the E-Quad, you will see a corridor to the left which leads to Brackett Hall, the Electrical Engineering wing.

From the South

Follow the Princeton University directions to Route 1 North to Princeton

Then…

1. Take the Washington Road exit (a jughandle that takes you across Route 1).

2. See 2 - 9 above.

From Palmer Square (Nassau Street) by car or foot:

From Palmer Square (across from main entrance to the central campus) continue east on Nassau Street. Go through traffic light at Washington Road and past St. Paul's Roman Catholic church and school. At second light, take right on Olden Street. The Engineering Quadrangle will be on your left. Park at any meter.

From main campus by foot:

From Cannon Green, head east through the East Pyne archway and past Firestone Library. Cross Washington Road and continue straight down William Street, passing chemistry labs on your right and Princeton University Press. At end of William Street, the Engineering Quadrangle will be directly in front of you.
